Between Friends sells out Novo

On Thursday October 30th, Between Friends shut down the Novo with an insane performance of their hits like “JAM!”, “affection”, “blushing!”, “bruise” and “Smiley”. As of late, sibling duo Between friends have gained a major fanbase, especially with the release of their new album “WOW!” On August 1st. Their music style blends indie rock, electro-pop and dj all together in a creative new melody. It's specifically their mixing of 2000 era beats with more modern styles that adds to their incredibly distinctive sound. Even though the show was completely sold out, the setting was intimate featuring the opening acts of artist Valé with her Spanish pop style. And Later, an unknown dj duo mixed guitars and turntables for a unique, captivating tone. When Between Friends finally took the stage it was nothing short of magnetic. Savannah's stage presence was absolutely insane and they were great performers live. While singing they had a light show in the background adding to the ambiance especially for JAM!, where they went on and off stage to repeat the song. Brandon and Savannah's voices mixed incredibly well, showcasing their high range of vocals and singing style. The concert was amazing not only because of their outstanding performance but also because of their fans and concert atmosphere. Overall, Between friends are gaining traction, and they are bound to be the biggest in pop in a few years.
